Grandma, who is a bit out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now darting through the city streets to escape her pursuers. To avoid being caught and committed to an asylum once again, she needs to cover a certain distance. But she’s not only being chased by orderlies armed with straitjackets; she also faces a series of tricky obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other “entertaining” challenges positioned along her path. As she frantically navigates the streets to evade the nurses, she also gathers gold coins, adding an exciting twist to her daring escape.
